3. Payment Before Opening Policy

All shipments must be paid for in full before opening.

Packages are strictly not permitted to be opened prior to payment, including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Customers are required to complete payment and accept delivery before inspecting the package.

Any refusal to pay or attempts to open the package prior to payment may result in delivery refusal and return of the shipment to Stitchlane after claiming shipping fees from customer.
- If there is any concern after receiving the shipment please do not hesitate to raise a return or refund request free of any charge or exchange request that will be charged according to our Return and Refund policy
4. Failed or Refused Deliveries

Orders refused due to non-payment or violation of the “payment before opening” policy will not be eligible for re-shipment.

Stitchlane reserves the right to recover shipping, handling, and return charges for refused deliveries.

Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in account restrictions.
5. Packaging & Inspection

If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the shipment and notify our customer support team immediately.

Stitchlane is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package has been marked as delivered by the courier.
