Refund policy

At Stitchlane, each piece is crafted with exceptional care and premium materials. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure a refined shopping experience for every customer.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be initiated within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, protective coverings, and original packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized leather goods

  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless received damaged or defected)

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear images of the product.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or Instapay only.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges & Re-Shipping Charges

  • Stitchlane permits exchanges for eligible products in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • In the event of an approved exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges again during the exchange.

  • Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable and will be charged again for the exchanged shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund.

Final Note

Stitchlane reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria. This policy is designed to uphold the integrity, exclusivity, and craftsmanship of our luxury leather goods.
